Our parts are 3D-printed in premium, engineering-grade materials — primarily ASA, plus carbon-fiber and nylon blends — chosen for their strength, heat resistance, and long-term durability. ASA stays dimensionally stable up to a heat-deflection temperature of about 103 °C and is built on a UV-stable acrylate base, which is why it's a standard material for exterior automotive trim.

No. We print in ASA specifically because it's engineered for the heat and UV exposure of a car interior. A sun-baked dashboard averages around 69 °C (157 °F) in direct sun — and ASA holds its shape up to a heat-deflection temperature of roughly 103 °C, comfortably above that. Its acrylate chemistry also gives it strong UV and weathering resistance, so it resists the warping, softening, and fading that affect common materials like PLA or ABS.
